MUGEN MUSOU was founded by Kazuma Iwata in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima, the birthplace of kendama. By combining his deep passion for craftsmanship with high-precision processing techniques and beautiful, durable painting methods, MUGEN MUSOU has pushed the boundaries of kendama, offering players a unique and elevated experience.

Not only is each kendama designed for optimal performance, but its stunning design also makes it a perfect decorative piece. In 2023, our kendama was selected as a gift for the G7 summit leaders, a moment that underscored the recognition and quality behind MUGEN MUSOU, and its connection to the cultural heritage of Hatsukaichi City.

We are a woodworking manufacturer based in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, with a mission to "move people's hearts through our craftsmanship."
We specialize in wooden products, including the kendama brand "MUGEN MUSOU" and the interior objet brand "IWATA."

While preserving the traditional "Hatsukaichi Lathe" woodworking technique passed down in Hatsukaichi City, we integrate modern technology with refined design to create high-quality and innovative products.

Kendama Shop Yume. is a kendama store located in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima.

As a specialty shop selling kendamas from various domestic and international brands, it also hosts kendama practice sessions, workshops, and events in-store. Regular beginner-friendly kendama classes are held as well.

 【HISTORY OF KENDAMA SHOP YUME.】

Kendama Shop Yume was originally opened in 2014 as "Kendama Shop & Salon Yume" by a different owner. It was established as a community hub in Hatsukaichi’s shopping street, which was named the “Kendama Shopping Street” in the same year the first KENDAMA WORLD CUP was held.

After closing in 2016, we took over and reopened the space in 2017 to support local players and keep the kendama spirit alive.

The shop now offers a wide variety of kendama, including our MUGEN MUSOU line and models from around the world. It also hosts events, certifications, and practice sessions — making it a central spot for kendama fans.

One of our players, Rui Sora, who trained here since childhood, won the KENDAMA WORLD CUP in 2019. Through kendama, we aim to create a place where children can grow, connect, and enjoy the joy of challenge and achievement.
